Rules and policies

Rooms and pricing

Add each room or unit type. Quantities should add up to the total rooms or units above.

Property photos

JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB each and 12 photos per draft. Choose a category for each photo. Draft photos are not shown in search, but anyone with their direct image link may view them; do not upload private documents.

Location and contact

Only the general town and area are public. Exact address and contact details are saved in a host-only record.

A verified map pin is still required in the app before a listing can be submitted.

Availability plan

Plan dates for each room or unit type in this private draft. These dates are not live inventory; the app's calendar must be completed before submission.

Review your draft

Save your draft here. The app’s host checks, map pin, complete room pricing, required photos and review submission are still required before publication. Saving here never turns on bookings or payments.
